Chris Jericho set to miss upcoming AEW TV shows

AEW TV star “The Demo God” “The Champion” Chris Jericho is reportedly missing some time on AEW TV as he prepares to tour UK and Ireland with his rock band Fozzy on Monday November 29th to Sunday December. 12, which means Jericho will miss the December 1 and 8 episodes of AEW Dynamite as well as the December 3 and 10 episodes of AEW Rampage. The Demo God and a number of other AEW Stars will also be missing the October 23 special episode of Saturday Night Dynamite due to Chris Jericho’s “Rock ‘N’ Wrestling Rager At Sea: Triply Whammy” cruise.

In addition to the UK and Ireland dates that Fozzy has already sold, they have also announced four dates of February 2022 and it will be Tuesday February 22 at the Gov in Adelaide, Thursday February 24 at the Triffid in Brisbane, Wednesday, February 25 at Max Watts in Sydney and the last is Thursday February 26 at Max Watts in Melbourne.

It is not yet clear how AEW will explain Jericho’s time away from television in December, but the company could possibly make an injury angle to exclude him from AEW TV or he could still appear in pre-recorded segments. It is not yet known whether Jericho will run out of AEW TV time in February 2022 due to his tour date with Fozzy, but updates will be provided once they become available.

Chris Jericho and The Inner Circle are currently in a heated feud with Dan Lambert, American Top Team as well as The Men of The Year and that feud will continue until the Full Gear PPV on Saturday, November 13 in Minneapolis, Minnesota.
