Deadline’s Contenders TV for the TV Awards Season Kick-Off Event – 47 shows, 146 in-person and live speakers

After being exclusively virtual for the past two years, we are happy to announce that we are back in front of a live audience.

No More Deadline

The Oscars may have just ended, but Deadline’s Contenders Television event is eagerly awaiting the biggest gathering of small-screen hopefuls we’ve ever hosted. It will all take place at Paramount Studios in person and stream live for those at home, the weekend of April 9-10, 2022.

Forty-seven shows and 146 speakers will take part in Deadline’s Contenders Television, a massive launch event for TV awards season. The Hybrid Gathering will begin in-person at Paramount at 7:00 a.m. with a catered breakfast, as well as a live virtual stream starting at 8:00 a.m. on both days. Lunch will also be served and a cocktail will follow each day.

ABC, Amazon Prime Video, AMC Networks, Apple TV+, CBS Studios, Disney Television Studios, Fox Television, FX, HBO Max, Hulu, National Geographic, NBC, Netflix, Paramount+, Paramount Network, Peacock, Showtime, Sony Pictures Television, Starz, UCP/Peacock and Warner Bros. Television are all participating.
