Eamonn Holmes inflated the coffers of a television company he runs by £ 2million last year, the accounts show.
The 57-year-old Red, White and Green company had £ 3million in cash, up from £ 1million in 2016.
And Holmes and Away, which he runs with his wife Ruth Langsford to receive radio income, has more than £ 274,000 in his coffers.
Ruth, 57, also set up Hey-Ho Ltd for a ‘theatrical’ business in her name, which has resources of £ 210,000.
